Returns Policy


We do our best to guide you into purchasing the right items that match your car, and we are very accurate on the condition of our products. If you have any questions before ordering, please feel free to contact us. 

However, if an item must be returned, we make it easy and hassle-free! Please just follow these policies:

RETURN PERIOD
Please check the fit on your car immediately when you receive the package from us. All returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days from the date of original delivery to you.
CONDITION
Returned items must be in the same condition that you received it. If you used it on your vehicle or caused any damage to it, we cannot accept a return.
PACKAGING
To ensure quick processing; include a copy of the packing slip (which we included in the original package to you) or the receipt that we emailed to you when you made your order. If we don’t receive your order information in the return, we will not know whom to refund.  Be sure to always put the hubcaps back in the bags they came in and always use the cardboard separators. If you don’t package with the bags and cardboard, it results in shipping damage that will be your responsibility.
SHIPPING
Cost of return shipping is your responsibility. Please feel free to send via USPS, UPS, or FedEx – whichever is most convenient for you or least expensive. We strongly recommend that you send with a tracking number in case your returned item becomes lost or damaged before it reaches us. Items being returned are the customer's responsibility until they are received at our warehouse.
REFUNDS / EXCHANGES
If you are exchanging a returned item for a different product, there is no restocking fee. We will absorb our original shipping cost for the first shipment, but we ask that you pay our exact shipping cost for the replacement to get to you. You will receive full credit for the original price you paid on the returned item, and it will be applied to your exchange. 

For refunds, a restocking fee always applies to let us cover our original shipping cost and the inspection / repackage of your returned product. For 1 hubcap being returned, the restocking fee is $10.00. For 2 or more hubcaps that are returned together, the restocking fee is $15.00 total. Refunds (minus any restocking fee) will be issued to your initial method of payment within a few business days.
REFUSED DELIVERIES
Any orders refused at time of delivery will be refunded less the shipping charges incurred to your address and the shipping charges incurred back to our facility.
We hope you’re happy with the products you receive from INeedAHubCap.com; just like the tens of thousands of previous customers we’ve been able to serve. But if you need to return something, we’ll always be reasonable and quick so it’s easy for you!
SHIPPING

Free shipping applies only to deliveries within the contiguous 48 US states. Shipping can be expedited for an additional fee – please contact us for options and pricing.

Most orders leave our warehouse within 1 business day. Orders placed on Friday generally ship the following Monday. 

Free shipping applies only to the first shipping attempt - unfortunately we can not absorb costs for multiple shipments on the same order due to a customer entering an incorrect address when ordering.

If your ship-to address is a business address, please be sure to enter the appropriate business name in the "Company" field at checkout. Note: UPS cannot deliver to a PO Box. In some cases, we may ask you to provide a physical address.

We use a shipping software to eliminate risk of human error as we fulfill a large volume of orders every day. All labels are generated automatically using the exact “ship to” address entered by the customer. Before submitting your order, please double-check that your “ship to” address is correct. If additional shipping charges are incurred by INeedAHubCap.com as a result of customer error, or lack of sufficient address details, we'll have to bill these charges to the customer. If any error is on our part, of course we'll immediately make it right at our own cost.

If merchandise is not received within 14 business days from the order date it is the customers responsibility to notify us in case the package was lost in transit.
